The Core Risk supply network health check is intended to provide a high level assessment of how well risk, and specifically supply network risk, is being managed by an organisation. Its conclusions should begin to guide management towards steps that could be taken to improve risk management.
The health check is not only a good way to asses your own performance, it can also be used to asses the performance of your critical partners in the supply network. This will help in ensuring there are no weak links within your extended network.
